JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Principal Training and Development Specialist, where you'll lead innovative training programs and shape the future of our field teams. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging curriculum and training materials.
  • Partner with sales training teams to create tailored learning pathways for various field roles.
  • Innovate training methods by transitioning content to digital formats and measuring their impact.
  • Design and implement programs to train all levels of field team members effectively.
  • Develop assessments and criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest training and development research and methodologies.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, providing guidance on projects and initiatives.

  • Proven expertise in curriculum development and training program design.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and implement solutions.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in project management and handling complex projects independently.
  • Familiarity with eLearning tools and digital content creation.
