JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a UI/UX Designer and lead the creation of user-friendly and conversion-focused digital experiences for eCommerce platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and innovate in a hybrid setting in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences for eCommerce products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and enhance design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate and effective design implementation.
  • Analyze user data to continually refine and improve user experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in eCommerce.

Skills

  • Proven experience in designing digital products for eCommerce, including websites and mobile apps.
  • Strong visual and interactive design skills with a comprehensive portfolio of projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to critically analyze data and articulate design hypotheses.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end capabilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, and performance optimization for eCommerce sites.
  • Experience in conducting competitor analysis and market research.
