JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Product Owner to lead product development through a collaborative and analytical approach. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the full product lifecycle in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development by gathering and analyzing requirements while engaging with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Act as the primary contact for external communications, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles.
  • Work closely with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests.
  • Guide development teams to enhance their scrum maturity and foster a productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive products and features from concept to launch.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business/System Analyst.
  • Proficient in API design, development, and managing system integrations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Scrum Master.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SQL and data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in a product company or startup environment.
  • Understanding of software development practices and lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
