9.16 Update: Pushing this NEW 6 month contract opportunity with Oceaneering out on low. As a new supplier, we are accepting the roles that come through currently. This is outside of our wheelhouse and has a lower rate, however, sharing in case you have candidates that could be a good fit. We had a spotlight call for this opportunity. Responsibilities: 

  • This is NOT a typical Data entry position
  • This team is looking for someone who can engage with 4 different Project Managers on the team to figure out what parts and information is needed to fulfill an integrated master schedule document
  • Currently this environment does not have an ERP system, so they need this individual to step in and do the function manually
  • They will enter their findings into a master spreadsheet so the manager can then identify what parts/products are missing and make decisions using the gathered data

Technical Skills: Microsoft Suite
Soft Skills: Personality, attention to detail, great communicator, resourceful, works well with people

 
Bill Rate: $34/hr

Hours: Must work from 9 -3, starting and ending time are flexible. Ex. 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm
Job Site: 2-3 months in office then can be hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our data entry need to the Amper MES system. This role is vital to ensuring accurate data migration and system integrity during high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Cleanse, format, and validate data before import

· Enter, update, and verify records in Amper

· Identify and correct data inconsistencies or escalate issues

· Will work with Project Managers and coordinate data

· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all tasks

· Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

· High school diploma or GED

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Strong grammar, spelling, and written communication skills

· Experience with general office procedures and file management

· U.S. citizenship (non-dual status)

Preferred:

· Prior experience with Amper MES and/or Primavera P6

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 SharePoint

· Understanding of networked printers and office equipment

Working Conditions:

· Office-based role in a controlled environment

· Minimal exposure to airborne dust

· Tasks performed in close proximity to others

· Stable work surface and standard office hours
