JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate Corporate Recruiter. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the recruitment process for various positions, particularly focusing on early career talent.

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings for candidates across multiple roles.
  • Assist with the execution of career fairs in local offices.
  • Support on-site interviews as needed, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
  • Familiarity with current employment trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
