JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Power BI Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data visualization to create impactful reports and dashboards that drive business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively convey complex data.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable visual solutions using various Power BI elements.
  • Create and optimize data models utilizing Power Query and DAX to meet reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate reporting outputs.
  • Enhance existing dashboards for improved performance and user experience.
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for Power BI report development.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data refreshes and user access.
  • Stay updated with new Power BI features and visualization trends.

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard and report development.
  • Strong proficiency in creating interactive visuals and utilizing DAX and Power Query.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with data models.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on clean and intuitive visual design.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management.
  • Background in business analytics or related fields.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300) is a plus.
