JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Salesforce Engineer and make a significant impact by solving complex Salesforce challenges in a dynamic, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve intricate Salesforce issues to ensure optimal application performance and availability.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and consultation to Product Development teams to address complex challenges efficiently.
  • Conduct daily administrative tasks, including data management and workflow operations.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate on integrations with various applications and systems, enhancing operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Salesforce customizations, including objects, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in REST and SOAP integrations with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in debugging and using data tools.
  • Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling on-call responsibilities for production support.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with app exchange products like Box, Copado, or DocuSign.
  • Experience with DevOps roles and Java product integrations.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
