JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business processes. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a blend of in-office and remote work opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system scope and objectives, leveraging your expertise in information technology and business processes.
  • Act as a bridge between business units and IT service providers to ensure clear understanding of functional specifications.
  • Analyze and resolve application incidents, providing solutions that align with business outcomes.
  • Document business and user requirements to ensure system designs meet organizational needs.
  • Guide a team of Business Analysts, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system go-live readiness.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Proficiency in using tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI, and SQL for system analysis.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, and Swagger for effective system integration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with functional decompositions and creating business flow diagrams.
  • Ability to translate user requirements into detailed process and data specifications.
