Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with ETL, Replication, and DBA teams to establish best practices for data transformation and movement.
• Mentor and guide Data Architects and Analysts in database design and data management best practices.
• Design and manage solutions for Data Warehouse, ODS, and Data Management initiatives.
• Create a strategic roadmap for Master Data Management (MDM) implementation and oversee its execution.
• Document architectural rules and ensure adherence to best practices in MDM processes.

Skills

• Over five years of experience in Data Architecture, including OLTP, Data Warehouse, and Big Data.
• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture and Master Data Management.
• Proven expertise in Data Governance and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to varied audiences.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of data movement and processing technologies such as Middleware, ETL, and API.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Data Standardization definitions and Data Lineage.
