JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Desktop Support Engineer where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT support for our internal customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch IT support and incident management to internal clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Set up and configure machines for new hires and manage hardware deployments efficiently.
  • Conduct workstation replacements and ensure timely repair and management of IT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track ticket-related workloads promptly.
  • Engage with internal customers to provide frequent updates on outstanding issues and ongoing work.
  • Build strong relationships with various teams and service providers to enhance support delivery.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT support at a corporate level, focusing on customer success and satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of service desk operations and customer support environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Windows 10, OSX, iOS, MS O365, and mobile device management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with remote desktop tools, automation, scripting, and platforms like Service Now and JamF.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, and Slack.
