Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including legal and compliance, to communicate findings on various AI methods.
- Document research outcomes, create comprehensive reports, and present results to stakeholders effectively.
- Develop job aids and guidance documentation to promote best practices in responsible AI.
- Automate testing processes and analyze results through Python scripting.
- Identify vulnerabilities related to PII/PHI exposure in AI interactions and maintain test data sets.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research developments and incorporate relevant findings into your work.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Assist in designing and executing Red Team testing scenarios for conversational AI systems.
Skills
- BS degree with 5+ years of experience in computer science, applied mathematics, or related fields.
- Extensive experience with the full ML system development lifecycle, including deployment and maintenance.
- Proficiency in advanced NLP models and methodologies.
- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks, such as scikit-learn, Pandas, and Numpy.
- Deep understanding of ethical considerations and fairness in AI model development.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, including claims payment and call centers.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to large language models or conversational AI systems.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and adversarial testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to AI in healthcare.
