JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting marketing initiatives and drive impactful paid social strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of paid social campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on asset launches and optimize creative workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage full-funnel paid social programs.
  • Generate and analyze campaign tracking to ensure accurate measurement of media results.
  • Perform daily analytics checks to maintain tracking accuracy and health of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative and social teams to source assets for testing and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with agency and platform partners regarding seasonal priorities.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in planning and executing paid social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to detail and execution.
  • Proficient understanding of various paid social channels and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a large retail organization or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with advanced reporting tools and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and improve processes continuously.
