Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple project teams and third-party partners to achieve project milestones.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve project lifecycle issues proactively.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders and executive management.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Review project quality and implement improvements and corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain project budget and schedule, ensuring delivery within constraints.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture, promoting continuous improvement.
Skills
- 10+ years of IT project management experience in large organizations.
- Strong experience in scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Excellent stakeholder interaction and communication skills.
- Completed a 4-year degree program.
Preferred Skills
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in change and risk management within dynamic environments.
- Exceptional decision-making and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholder needs.
