Responsibilities
- Drive operational platform management across products and their ecosystems.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, business lines, and Agile teams to evolve assigned products.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring alignment with product vision.
- Work closely with the development team, providing feedback and addressing prioritization needs.
- Coordinate with Product Management to set release dates and communicate trade-offs between schedule, scope, and budget.
- Employ product management practices, including customer research and data analytics.
Skills
- Strong understanding of agile operating models and product management practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to align with product strategy and business value.
- Experience in creating user stories and maintaining product backlogs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer research and market analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and operational efficiency strategies.
