JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to saving lives through innovative cell therapy. This role focuses on aligning technology with organizational goals to support life-saving transplants.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a technology roadmap in line with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure technology investments align with long-term vision.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into Oracle ecosystem architectural solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends for innovation opportunities.
  • Influence discussions and decisions within Architecture Governance and the Architecture Review Board.
  • Guide development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance to software and product development teams for advanced enterprise solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to data standards and interoperability frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and modernize processes and systems.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles including cloud, security, and scalability.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in data models, governance, and security practices.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Azure platforms.
  • Background in backend development such as Java.
  • Exposure to AI/ML for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Certifications like SAFe Agile or TOGAF.
  • Industry experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences.
