JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team in providing essential hardware support services to our U.S. HQ users. This role involves hands-on inventory management, hardware configuration, and break/fix operations to ensure seamless technology deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the fulfillment of hardware requests, including stocking, picking, and shipping items.
  • Conduct detailed inventory tracking and reconciliation tasks.
  • Configure hardware with necessary firmware and applications.
  • Perform break/fix operations to maintain hardware functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with HQ users to build strong business relationships.
  • Adapt to varying daily tasks to meet service needs.

Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in executing established processes accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
  • Physical capability to lift items over 25lbs and move pallets.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications for MacBook Air and various MacBook Pro models.
  • Dell Client Foundations Certification.
