Responsibilities

• Collaborate with publishers to gather and manage digital assets for game and software products.
• Ensure accurate and timely ingestion of content onto our platform, making products available for sale.
• Identify and resolve any errors during the content ingestion process.
• Enhance existing processes to increase speed and reduce errors.
• Communicate effectively with external vendors and internal teams.

Skills

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to troubleshoot and map processes effectively.
• Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML.
• Experience interfacing with external vendors.
• Innovative thinker with a knack for process improvement.
