JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Service Management Analyst IT, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing service management processes and collaborating with IT service owners. Your contributions will drive improvements and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create and present insightful service management reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update the service catalog, ensuring compliance with established processes.
  • Manage service breaches, coordinating communication and follow-up for effective mitigation.
  • Participate in service review meetings, identifying trends and inconsistencies to propose solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support service management initiatives.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience with sharepoint (building sites, transferring files, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising between IT and leadership.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining service standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in service management or IT operations.
  • Proficiency in developing reports and presentations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively.
