JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in driving business insights and optimizing sales strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work with large datasets, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the success of our commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable insights for the sales and commercial teams.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and address complex business challenges.
  • Create advanced data visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI to report sales performance and trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize statistical tools to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with large datasets and advanced Databricks coding.
  • Strong skills in building PowerBI dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Background in the medical device or pharma industry.
  • Advanced technical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
