JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Sr Business Analyst, where you'll bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring seamless project execution and enhancement of applications. Work remotely and contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze requirements for application enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project needs.
  • Facilitate meetings and document project progress, ensuring alignment with project management processes.
  • Provide recommendations for change management and oversee testing plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Participate in advancing the Business Analysis role within the department through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Skills

  • Proven experience with ITIL-based Service Management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in writing and analyzing requirement specifications and understanding development methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and analyze computer-related incidents to assist in problem management.
  • Capacity to define problems, collect data, and create solutions for IT Service Management issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ITIL philosophy and healthcare technology.
  • Experience managing both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications.
