Responsibilities
- Manage and administer multiple OpenShift clusters, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Assist project teams with application migrations to Platform-as-a-Service offerings.
- Develop and implement automation processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to document processes and train others.
- Communicate complex technical issues effectively to various stakeholders.
Skills
- Proficient in OpenShift Administration and Data Foundation.
- Strong understanding of Linux Containers, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with Java, JBoss, nginx, Node.js, and enterprise application architectures.
- Skilled in using CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
- Analytical skills with the ability to multitask across multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SSL certificates and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in container and pod-level monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace and QRadar.
- Knowledge of networking topics such as protocols, firewalls, and load balancers.
