JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Capability Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on enhancing member and provider communications across various channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects in a fast-paced environment, making a significant impact on our communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize omnichannel communications for both member and provider audiences.
  • Oversee daily monitoring and resolution of issues across all communication channels.
  • Coordinate the deployment of client-driven and regulatory communication updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with required standards and regulations.
  • Engage with technology teams to support enhancements to communication capabilities.
  • Maintain relationships with multiple vendors to ensure quality and compliance.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in omnichannel communication operations or related project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or regulated industries.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and business cases.
  • Excellent presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
