JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sr. Developer in Legacy Systems, where you'll drive innovation and enhance our technical solutions. This role offers a dynamic mix of on-site and remote work, providing a balanced work-life experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and implement business and IT solutions using software development life cycle methodologies.
  • Participate in the enhancement and conversion of technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge to address technical challenges and improve existing systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business environment and technical requirements.
  • Lead the development and support of IT solutions across various platforms and technologies.
  • Research and recommend new technologies and processes to enhance business solutions.

Skills

  • Strong background in mainframe technology.
  • Proficient in Natural and Adabas systems.
  • Experience in software development life cycle methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with niche technologies such as e-commerce systems.
  • Knowledge in mobility and TPF systems.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard processes and tools.
