JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr Scrum Master, where you'll lead agile practices to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance the health journey for consumers, patients, and providers. This remote opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor the Scrum Team in agile practices, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Facilitate all scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Identify areas for team improvement and implement coaching techniques to enhance performance.
  • Resolve impediments and support decision-making processes within the Scrum Team and organization.

Skills

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in Scrum methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Ability to plan and solve problems collaboratively with product management teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in navigating transformations within highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and enterprise architecture.
  • Healthcare experience, particularly with HIPAA and HITRUST.
