JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Scrum Master, where you'll lead and inspire agile transformation within an organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape project success through strategic planning and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of project sprints, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with product owners to manage project budgets and backlog priorities.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint reviews, to drive project momentum.
  • Develop and distribute key project communications to stakeholders.
  • Champion agile practices to foster continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams through agile processes.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in agile coaching and training to support team development.
  • Understanding of expanding agile practices across diverse teams and departments.
