Responsibilities

Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or similar role within a software company.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving multiple teams.
- Exceptional project management and leadership abilities, with a knack for effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision in language.
- Ability to maintain project momentum by anticipating issues and troubleshooting effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Product management approach with a focus on outcomes and agile methodologies.
- Ability to discover root causes before jumping to solutions.
