JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Human Resources Business Partner, where you'll drive strategic HR initiatives and collaborate with senior leaders to align workforce strategies with business goals. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships across all organizational levels, providing insightful and constructive feedback.
  • Utilize workforce analytics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative HR solutions.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure consistent policy application.
  • Drive key HR programs such as performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Support strategic hiring and align recruitment with long-term workforce needs.
  • Facilitate leadership development and coaching to enhance the talent pipeline.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of progressive HR experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategic HR decisions.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build credibility.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR.
  • Experience in a large corporate environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and lead through change.
