We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fabric R&D Manager. This role is pivotal in driving fabric development and innovation, collaborating closely with various departments to meet product needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fabric requirements and collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to ensure pricing alignment.
• Support the fabric process throughout the product-to-market calendar, ensuring timely milestones are met.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of fabric and wash resources to inspire seasonal designs and archive production fabrics.
• Track fabric development KPIs and ensure adherence to brand discipline across seasonal developments.
• Provide direction and support to teams in New York and Asia, leveraging consumer insights and market trends.

Skills

• Strong understanding of fabric constructions, weaves, and finishes.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Knowledge of fabric testing processes and standards.
