This role focuses on providing exceptional support to staff and sales associates in a local network environment while collaborating with various teams to enhance technology services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers, as well as mobile devices.
- Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment and software.
- Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems, addressing LAN, server, and connectivity challenges.
- Utilize ticketing and hardware asset management systems effectively.
- Collaborate with team members on local and national projects, contributing to meetings and technology initiatives.
- Perform data migrations, restorations, and remote troubleshooting as necessary.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac systems.
- Experience with mobile device support and basic network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Ivanti.
- Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and maintain a professional presence.
