We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. IT Project Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical IT asset management projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and identify key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, timelines, and management reporting.
• Create training resources and establish office hours to support asset owners effectively.
• Execute a communications plan to facilitate project success and stakeholder engagement.
• Define key identifiers and core data elements for effective asset management.
• Develop processes for asset inventory maintenance, including data entry and quality review.
• Conduct interviews and data cleanup activities to ensure data integrity.
• Regularly interact with PM/ISRC/Infrastructure teams to maintain project momentum.
• Evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of IT asset management principles and practices.
• Experience with resource planning and time management techniques.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification.
• Ability to build strong working relationships quickly and effectively.
