|Job ID 71612|Posted Sep 9, 2025We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. IT Project Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical IT asset management projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope and identify key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, timelines, and management reporting.
- Create training resources and establish office hours to support asset owners effectively.
- Execute a communications plan to facilitate project success and stakeholder engagement.
- Define key identifiers and core data elements for effective asset management.
- Develop processes for asset inventory maintenance, including data entry and quality review.
- Conduct interviews and data cleanup activities to ensure data integrity.
- Regularly interact with PM/ISRC/Infrastructure teams to maintain project momentum.
- Evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of IT asset management principles and practices.
- Experience with resource planning and time management techniques.
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification.
- Ability to build strong working relationships quickly and effectively.
