JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Supply Chain Analyst where you'll lead cross-functional projects, driving operational excellence and efficiency. This role offers a chance to make impactful contributions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex supply chain and logistics improvement initiatives to align with business objectives.
  • Manage project execution in distribution centers, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and service levels.
  • Develop and maintain project management standards and methodologies for consistent project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope and oversee the development of project plans.
  • Mentor and coach team leaders, providing training on project leadership tools and methodologies.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business or related field.
  • PMP certification or related Project Management/Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics.
  • 5+ years of experience in project leadership or operations excellence.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in CSCP, CLTD, SC Pro or APICS.
  • Experience with implementing automation in fulfillment/distribution centers.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to develop innovative engineering solutions.
