JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and document business, technical, and data requirements.
  • Define current and future business processes, producing detailed use cases and agile stories.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of test cases, ensuring all requirements are met and aligned with project goals.
  • Act as a utility player, occasionally supporting project managers with tasks beyond typical analyst duties.
  • Adapt quickly to aggressive project timelines, ensuring efficient and effective task completion.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proven track record of managing business needs and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to document business needs and requirements in use case or agile story form, ensuring alignment with design and test documents.
  • Experience in reviewing design documentation and test cases for comprehensive requirement coverage.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on projects with a large number of impacted users, ideally over 200.
  • Ability to manage and quantify requirement change requests effectively.
