Responsibilities

• Lead release planning and ensure clarity of requirements across multiple project streams.
• Manage risks and resolve challenges that may affect project scope, quality, and schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with teams working on interrelated processes.
• Oversee the development and deployment of deliverables into production environments.
• Measure and monitor project progress to ensure timely releases within budget and quality standards.
• Communicate essential release plans and updates to business teams effectively.
• Produce deployment, implementation, and operational documentation as needed.
• Facilitate release readiness and milestone reviews.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, particularly in release management.
• Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and MS Visio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Integrated Eligibility projects and Medicaid agency management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Client-facing experience with a focus on building collaborative relationships.
