JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Junior M365 Power Platform Developer, where you'll play a key role in automating business processes using Microsoft 365 tools. This remote position offers a chance to enhance your skills while contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to meet client requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues, escalating complex challenges as needed
  • Assist in testing and deploying automated solutions
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing automated processes
  • Document automated processes and solutions effectively
  • Contribute to SharePoint and Hub site creation and maintenance

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power BI
  • Proven expertise in working with SharePoint Online
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient in creating and managing documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power BI
  • Familiarity with business process automation and workflow design
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Basic programming skills, such as Python or C#
