Responsibilities
- Lead product planning and visioning by analyzing market insights, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic vision and shape the product roadmap.
- Manage Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Oversee the team's backlog, refining features into actionable tasks for software engineers.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are met through delivered experiences and coordinate dependencies across teams.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in product management.
- Strong communication skills for effective presentations and writing.
- Proficient in Agile product management methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
- Mainframe experience is a plus, though not required.
