JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Jr. Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead components of large-scale technology delivery projects, ensuring coordination across multiple product teams.
  • Develop and manage baseline plans, identifying necessary resources and timelines.
  • Facilitate solution mapping exercises to align technical components and ensure effective delivery.
  • Drive project execution by coordinating tasks, managing risks, and providing actionable updates to stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute communications, including status reports, to keep all team members informed.
  • Support business readiness activities and document program outcomes for future reference.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Ability to identify and manage technical dependencies and risks effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MS Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with data security standards, particularly PCI DSS.
