Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, brand-aligned content across various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
- Participate in project brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the Art Director to create visually compelling materials.
- Manage multiple projects from ideation through completion while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to produce targeted and relevant content that meets strategic goals.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail by following established brand guidelines and internal processes.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong visual communication skills with a solid understanding of design principles, including layout and typography.
- Ability to organize and manage design files and assets effectively.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics using tools like Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of project management software and cloud-based tools.
- Background in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
