Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Project Compassion and improve member interactions.
• Update and maintain approximately 36 letter templates to ensure clear and compassionate messaging.
• Participate in the design and implementation of software solutions that enhance user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and mentorship within the engineering team.

Skills

• Proven experience in software development, particularly in a healthcare setting.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with user experience design principles.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and standards in healthcare.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
