Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the IT development team for medium to large projects.
• Translate business processes into technical requirements, including metadata profiling and ELT processing.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to interpret CMS Medicare Part D guidance into technical requirements.
• Lead and streamline business processes and system enhancements.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts in requirements gathering and problem-solving.
• Participate in designing algorithms and analyzing metadata with stakeholders.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 9 years of related experience.
• Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio, SQL coding, and C#.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to independently manage high-priority projects across multifunctional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP and understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of serverless computing services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
