This mostly remote role offers the opportunity to lead and enhance business processes within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the IT development team for medium to large projects.
- Translate business processes into technical requirements, including metadata profiling and ELT processing.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to interpret CMS Medicare Part D guidance into technical requirements.
- Lead and streamline business processes and system enhancements.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts in requirements gathering and problem-solving.
- Participate in designing algorithms and analyzing metadata with stakeholders.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 9 years of related experience.
- Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio, SQL coding, and C#.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to independently manage high-priority projects across multifunctional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP and understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of serverless computing services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
