JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Technical Product Owner and lead the charge in transforming ideas into impactful products in a dynamic and agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project scope and timelines, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Guide teams in implementing agile frameworks and driving scrum maturity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and launch products end-to-end.
  • Transform data insights into actionable product outcomes for customers.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, prioritizing stakeholder requirements.

Skills

  • Minimum three years of experience in a scrum master or technical product owner role.
  • Proficient in scrum techniques and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum master certification.
  • Experience with software development processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and stakeholders.
