Responsibilities

• Oversee IT outsourcing providers to ensure delivery of application services with excellence.
• Act as an escalation point for service delivery issues and promote proactive solutions.
• Manage and ensure adherence to IT standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Support financial forecasting and report actual costs monthly.
• Identify, assess, and manage IT service KPIs and risks, driving continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders, including senior management.
• Navigate complex organizational landscapes to achieve desired results.

Skills

• Experience in overseeing third-party IT services and managing SLAs.
• Strong IT audit and risk management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial forecasting and cost reporting.
• Familiarity with SaaS models and IT governance frameworks.
