Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve level 1 issues on network infrastructure hardware.
• Utilize standard tools to analyze and address technical problems effectively.
• Serve as an escalation point for problem or incident management.
• Analyze performance issues and recommend solutions for optimization.
• Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Lead teams in providing advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support for network solutions.

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficient in analyzing complex network system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills
