JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior System Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of designing and optimizing cutting-edge infrastructure systems. This dynamic role offers a blend of in-office and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Design, construct, test, and implement infrastructure systems with a focus on optimization.
  • Investigate and resolve network infrastructure hardware issues at an advanced level.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical problems and incidents.
  • Analyze performance issues and recommend solutions to improve system functionality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and technical teams to resolve infrastructure challenges.
  • Lead teams in providing advanced design and architecture support for network solutions.

Skills

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficiency in network infrastructure design and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage complex system integrations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with advanced network architecture and diagnostic support.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific IT and business functions.
  • Familiarity with high-level analysis of network system integrations.
