Responsibilities
- Drive the intake, delivery, and readiness of IT and operations capabilities to meet business needs.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and accept user stories that demonstrate deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and timelines.
- Conduct capability grooming and translate gaps into actionable requirements.
- Support business case development and capital planning through impact assessments.
- Facilitate effective communication regarding project milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Oversee deployment strategies and provide post-go live support to ensure operational readiness.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claims management.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and experience working with IT teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Aha! or Rally project management tools.
- Proven track record of leading steering committee meetings and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to produce executive-level communications and value stories.
