JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Salesforce Developer where you'll design and develop tailored solutions to meet dynamic business needs. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead and innovate within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture of Salesforce solutions to ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications using Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce.
  • Drive integrations with external systems, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce DX.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Ability to design and implement solutions using Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with API integrations and middleware solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with third-party applications like DocuSign and FinancialForce.
  • Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and database scripting.
  • Understanding of CRM Analytics and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
