Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements for software solutions.
- Administer complex software contracts, ensuring accurate records and timely renewals.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to monitor service delivery and compliance.
- Act as the in-house expert on software licensing and contract compliance.
- Utilize data analysis to track software usage and vendor performance, generating regular reports.
- Ensure contract terms align with strategic business goals and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts and vendor performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and plan for future software renewals.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing software contracts and vendor relationships.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel functions.
