JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as an IT Architect, where you'll play a crucial role in designing and securing industrial control systems for various manufacturing and critical infrastructure environments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives while ensuring operational safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement resilient architectures for industrial control systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, and HMI.
  • Create secure network segmentation strategies, incorporating DMZs and firewalls.
  • Develop technology roadmaps for OT infrastructure modernization and IT/OT convergence.
  • Establish architectural standards and best practices for industrial environments.
  • Implement cybersecurity frameworks and conduct risk assessments for industrial control systems.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth system implementations and minimal disruptions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster internal OT expertise.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in industrial automation, cybersecurity, and network design.
  • Proficiency in industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet.
  • Strong knowledge of major automation platforms like Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Honeywell.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud integration for OT environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial control system issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection, such as ISA/IEC 62443, GIAC, or CISSP.
  • Hands-on experience with brownfield and greenfield industrial projects.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and safety systems.
