Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manager to innovate and develop new product and fragrance ideas.
• Oversee and manage timelines and execution for low complexity programs, ensuring effective communication with vendors.
• Coordinate sample distribution for team and brand evaluations, while maintaining organized product inventories.
• Support evaluation meetings and presentations, providing sampling assistance for consumer testing.
• Engage with fragrance houses and vendors to manage logistics and track submissions.
• Research market trends to identify innovative forms and patterns in the fragrance industry.

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a personable, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build professional relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fragrance and/or product development.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and processes.
