JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Product Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences for our core product. This role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from discovery to final delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and product goals.
  • Develop and present high-fidelity prototypes and interaction designs.
  • Advocate for cohesive design language and consistency across products.
  • Incorporate user insights and feedback to refine and enhance design outcomes.

Skills

  • Over 4 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma or ProtoPie.
  • Ability to drive product direction and make user-centric decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Effective time management and accountability for meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in designing mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and its application in design.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment.
