JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst III, where you'll play a crucial role in transforming business operations through data-driven insights and process improvements. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Business Partners into the Accelerate Cloud and Colo Program, focusing on the Colo portion.
  • Develop and maintain schedules and templates using Microsoft Project as a back-end database.
  • Evaluate and improve schedules to meet project goals and facilitate critical decision-making.
  • Transform schedules into PPM Pro (Planview) and ensure data mapping and transformation.
  • Provide research and analysis to develop recommendations for business operations improvements.
  • Lead process improvement discussions and present solutions to senior management.
  • Engage with leadership and communicate strategic decisions and priorities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in creating custom filters and performing data analysis in MS Project.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, and macros.
  • Experience with Power BI for designing interactive dashboards and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage complex data-driven projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with infrastructure project management.
  • Ability to create macros and automate processes in MS Project.
  • Familiarity with scrum and agile principles.
  • Experience in risk management and decision-making processes.
